Meet Meghan
3C is Meghan's culmination of her lifelong passion for merging mental health therapy, coaching, and consulting. Growing up in a large, sports-oriented family, Meghan found comfort and confidence in her sports journey, which led her to a Division 1 volleyball career at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. After her decorated volleyball career, she chose to work as a clinician, supporting adolescents who had experienced trauma and abuse, engaging in their treatment planning and family therapy within residential and school settings.
Meghan began her coaching career as the Head Coach for Fairfield Ludlowe High School’s Falcons from 2006 to 2021. During her time as the lead Clinical Social Worker at Weston Public Schools, Meghan was honored to be selected as one of the Fellows with the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence (2016-2019), helping implement emotional intelligence research and tools for students and families K-12.
In the summer of 2021, Meghan and her family moved to McKinney, Texas, to be closer to family and start a new chapter of life in the South. Her husband, Chris, is a sports chiropractor and former Division 1 volleyball player who enjoys giving back to the sports community. They have three children, all active in sports and enjoying the close-knit community of friends and family. Meghan dreams of building greater proactive mental health support and tools for individuals, athletes, coaches, schools, clubs, and businesses across North Texas and beyond.
